In Winter, Valdaora is a popular winter sports destination at the foot of the famous Plan de Corones ski resort (2,275 m above sea level) with 32 lift facilities, 100 km of perfectly groomed pistes and free ski bus service from Valdaora to the valley station (800 m). The Anterselva biathlon centre is only 15 km away.
